Payment - All orders are processed through PayPal's secure system. A PayPal account is not needed. You will have the choice of paying by bank card, credit card or with PayPal. None of the financial transaction occurs on the DunWriteWoods web site - your financial information is secured within PayPal.
Product Information, Pictures and Descriptions - Some of the items we sell are made of natural products. There are variations in color, grain pattern and texture between items made with the same wood species. Note that image coloring and tints may vary due to differences in monitors used to show items. The images on this site show the exact product. Each item is unique, and one-of-a-kind.
Shipping Policy - DunWriteWoods currently only ships to US addresses. We make every attempt to ship your order within 2 business days. If we cannot ship the complete order within 2 business days we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.
An exception to this are Special Orders. Please see the Special Orders page. These orders may take up to 5 business days prior to shipping. We will email you with an estimated shipment date shortly after we receive your Special Order. If we cannot ship the order within 5 business days, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time.
Our standard shipping is via USPS. We use a flat rate of $5 for shipping. Expedited shipping may be USPS or UPS.
